A Review Of The Traffic Tips Report
Discover 247 Powerful Traffic Generation Methods You Can Start Using Today To Generate Endless Amounts Of Targeted Traffic
I recently picked up a copy of Justin Michie’s Traffic Tips Report (Free for a limited time from here. Let’s face it, getting traffic to your website or blog is a never ending challenge. But it’s a necessary challenge, because without traffic you can’t do much of anything. So you are probably – like me – always on the lookout for new traffic generation methods and as many good ways to do it as you possibly can.

The Traffic Tips Report claims to do just that. This is a recently released report from expert internet marketer Justin Michie. Being an internet marketer himself, Justin should have a good hold on traffic generation. But as with anything online I thought it was worth taking a closer look. And the results were actually quite impressive.
For starters, the report doesn’t just show you a few ways to generate website traffic, it delivers 247 unique ways to get traffic to your site. Right from the start that’s something that any website or blog owner can use. On top of that, the report is actually free! Justin is currently giving it away to anyone who wants it.
And even though it’s free, the methods outlined in this report should be able to increase your traffic significantly in just a matter of days. The great thing about this report is that it includes both free and paid traffic generation methods. So whether you are just starting out and you have time to invest but little money, or you’ve been making money online for awhile and have the money but not the time – there are plenty of ideas in here to up your traffic stats.
Just don’t let the amount of ideas in here overwhelm you – don’t try to do it all at once, pace yourself! Some of the methods will result in short term traffic and others will result in long term traffic. If you start with a few of short term and a few long term methods from this report you can give your site a quick burst of traffic right away while building long term traffic. This will help your traffic grow quickly and still sustain itself so you’ll be getting plenty of visitors month after month.
The report has been reviewed by some of the most successful and well known internet marketers. Joel Comm and Willie Crawford both highly recommended it, when Justin was charging money for it. (It had been selling at the discounted rate of $7 at http://www.TrafficTipsReport.com.) Joel calls it a “really valuable resource” that all internet marketers should have. And Willie “recommends it to all of his clients and subscribers.” When you have endorsements like these you really can’t go wrong!
Another great thing about this report is that it will work for any type of niche. It doesn’t matter if you have a website on puppies or a blog about day trading. There are traffic generation methods in it that will work for everyone and every niche.
As we all know the internet is constantly evolving. To be successful, you have got to stay ahead of your competition. You can easily do this by using some of these unique marketing methods Justin has outlined. If you use just one of these methods, you could easily double the amount of traffic you are receiving. Just imagine what could happen if you use ten, fifty or all 247? You would have a traffic explosion! All from one little report.
So if you are looking for unique ways to drive more traffic to your site, you really need to look no further than the Traffic Tips Report. If you want a copy (while it’s still free) you can download it from here. It's a no brainer decision!

Top 5 Tips To Increase Click Through Rates
The Google adsense program is now one of the most popular ways to make money online for webmasters. If you own a blog or a site then by simply adding adsense you have the opportunity to make good income depending on the levels of traffic your site receives.
However just because your site receives traffic it does not necessarily mean that it will transfer into adsense clicks as website visitors are now familiar with adsense and can be very good at avoiding it. Here are some of the best ways to get your site visitors to notice your ads which means that the likelihood of ad clicks increases significantly.
Tip 1: Use More Ads
If your site is suffering from very low click through rates such as under one percent then adding more ads may help. The adsense program allows 3 ad units and 2 link units. If your page has enough content then seriously consider integrating all these units into your site.
Tip 2: Place Ads Above The Fold
The location of the ads is very important in order to get the most clicks possible. Make sure that you place some ads above the fold on your website. The above the fold area is the part of your site that is first seen when the page loads without the visitor having to scroll down.
Tip 3: Place Ads Toward The Center Of The Page
The center of the page receives the most attention by web visitors so whenever possible center your ads or get them as close as possible towards the center of the page.
Tip 4: Use The Right Colors For Your Ads
Using the right colors in your adsense ads can make a big difference in helping to blend your ads in with the rest of your site. Make sure the link color in your ads match the main link color on your site. It is also preferable to use a grey color for the ad url, this will help to make the ad headline stand out more which should help to increase click through rates since most headlines are written to attract clicks.
Tip 5: Place Ads Directly In Your Articles
You need to place ads directly in your content in order to get them noticed more. If you have an article page then add an adsense unit directly below the title of that article. Also you can use HTML tables to place adsense units in your article paragraphs and have the text in your articles wrap around the ads.
Make sure that you are not squeezing your content too much so be sure to have enough space for large adsense units and also enough text so that your articles still look good and readable. It is best to use the 336x280 ad unit as much as possible as it has been shown to be a good performer and also make sure to always remove borders from all ads as this will make the ads blend in better with the rest of your site.
Also remember that advertising works by creating an interruption in the user experience. Consider television and how you are shown ads without notice right in the middle of your favorite shows. This is done to force you to notice the ads so a similar approach needs to be used with adsense ads to draw more clicks. Put your ads in positions that gently interrupt your visitors without making them want to leave your site. Apply some of these tips to help you get higher adsense click through rates and make more money from your site.

Google Seeks To Quash Adword Arbitrage
Google Adword arbitrage has paid off handsomely for some folks.
They’d buy a cheap Google keyword traffic to pages with high paying Google keywords and pray for clicks.
Sometimes this made really good money.
But changes at Google allowing advertisers to reduce payout on content netowork ads made it less profitable.
Now a new Google effort is under way to stop the practice entirely as the Shoemoney blog mentions.
Keep in mind Google is not going to stop letting you do this… They are just going to charge you more cause of your “quality score?. There is just to much money to be made right now in arbitrage and Google wants a bigger slice.
He also has linking techniques to help you web geniuses.
There are some other points to remember as well like cash management. Let’s say you spend $1000 on Adwords, and get $2000 from AdSense, $1000 profit so what’s the problem? You won’t be getting your AdSense check until the end of the month, and chances are your credit card bill will come before your AdSense check arrives, so make sure you can cover the expense. Letting your bill run up and giving the credit card company 18%-22% of your profit just isn’t cool. If you can’t float the money find a 0% interest credit card.

Free Top Paying Adsense Keywords Lists
Maximize your sites advertising revenue by targeting higher paying keywords. Use our free lists to find high paying keywords. Google will deliver ads based on these higher priced keywords, thus yielding you significantly more revenue per click. Why target keywords that only pay you pennies per click when you could be getting dollars by targeting the higher paying keywords.
Avg. CPC – average cost-per-click suggested by the tool for highest bidder. Because ads are rotated and bids are automatically lowered to match the next ad, this is the average cost than the highest bidder would pay for one click. This is a good estimation of your average cost for one click.
The CPC rates are guaranteed to be the same as returned by Google Adwords Traffic Estimator tool on the day of compilation.

What is the best Google Adsense format?
468 x 60 on most of my blogs. I am in the midst of getting rid of all those large rectangles.
If you want to put banner type ads on your site you should pick the 468 x 60 banner with 2 ads in it. This type of banner can be used very effectively on top of content or below it. The half banner only shows 1 ad and can be used everywhere on your site. Its size is 234 x 60 pixels. However if you want to go for a more vertical layout of your ads the 120 x 240 pixels vertical banner may be the one you are looking for.
Based on survey, poll result popularity of adsense format are:
1. Large rectangle
2. Banner
3. Skyscraper
4. Leaderboard
5. Medium rectangle
Making your ads more clickable is another way to increase your earnings. It is relatively easy to do because you can adjust your ad format almost immediately. You can do the following adjustments to your ad format to improve your click through rate (CTR):
* Make them more noticeable by positioning your AdSense ads on top of your AdSense page.
* Google states that the most effective ad formats are 336×280 larger rectangle, the 300×250 inline rectangle, and the 160×600 wide skyscraper. However you should choose the best ad format that works for your web site. This requires tracking and testing.
* Create a custom palette that best suites your web site. In general, you can follow the following settings:
o Border color : no border or background color of your website
o Background color : background color of your website

Simple Ways To Get Massive Traffic To Your Web Site
Embarking on an Internet marketing campaign doesn’t have to be difficult, tricky, or complicated. Here are a few simple ways (twenty in fact) that you can easily implement to get tons of traffic to your site right now!
1) Write articles: believe it or not this is an incredible tool for driving traffic. Well-written, relevant articles can net quite a bit of activity to your web site. Don’t forget to add your URL in your byline. Articles should be 500 to 2,000 words in length. You can send articles to sites like: Article City, GoArticles, Submit Your Articles and Ezine Articles.
2) Social bookmark *everything* - and I do mean everything - you can bookmark each page of your site and each blog entry you post. While this might seem tedious, it’s worth it. You’ll see a strong increase in traffic if you social bookmark each page on your site and each of your blog entries.
3) List yourself in the best directories – you’ll have to pay for this but since most people don’t do this (since everyone’s looking for a freebie) you could really enhance your traffic by getting a listing: dir dot yahoo dot com, business dot org, botw dot org.
4) Get yourself listed at: DMOZ dot org – it’s not easy to get listed there, but worth the effort.
5) Review: if you can review hot new products or books within your market, head on over to Amazon and start positioning yourself as an expert. In order to do this effectively you’ll want to create an Amazon profile and make sure and sign each review with a reference to your URL (your web site). You can also go to Epinions and Revoo to review products as well.
6) Offer a freebie on Craig’s List: you’ll be amazed at how much traffic you get from a single Craig’s List ad. The key here is to send people to a page on your site and make sure they have to sign up for something (like your email newsletter) before they can grab their freebie. That way you’re not just getting traffic, you’re also building your list.
7) Create a “recommended by” list on your Delicious page – you can do this by logging on and creating an account and there and then tagging articles, blogs and other content you think is important to your readership. Then offer this page as a resource site. You can add a link to this page in your email signature line or on your web site.
8) And speaking of your email signature line… do you have one? If you don’t, create one. Believe it or not, people do follow these links. You’ll be amazed how many folks read email signature lines. I have one and change it several times a year, depending on what we’re doing or promoting or what books I have coming out.
9) Lend a helping hand: you can be an answer person at Yahoo Answers – you don’t have to spend hours on there, but maybe a few minutes a week. Make sure and include a link back to your site following your answers.
10) Set up a social networking site using Facebook, LinkedIn, or Squidoo. It’s free and easy to do, just don’t forget the all-important link back to your site!
11) Make sure your blog has an RSS feed so if you capture a reader you don’t lose them if they forget to bookmark your site or blog.
12) Join relevant groups at Yahoo groups. You’ll find everything from groups on growing your small business, writing books, finding your passion, even underwater basket weaving. I dare you to find one that isn’t right for what you’re promoting. When you do find the right group, join and participate as you can!
13) Podcasting is another great way to drive traffic. Start a podcast by going to Audio Acrobat. There are other programs you can use, but I love Audio Acrobat. You can record the podcast over the phone quickly and easily and then hit the “send” button on your computer once it’s recorded and the system will syndicate it to 27 podcast directories including iTunes. It’s a great way to let people know about you and your web site!
14) Start a blog and then once you do, start commenting on other people’s blogs, linking to them from your site or adding them to your blogroll.
15) Inbound links: don’t squander your time (or a perfectly good link) on smaller low-traffic sites. Instead spend your time going after high traffic, high quality sites. Good sites should have a PR (page ranking) of 4-6 depending on the market. You can find out what a site’s page ranking is by downloading the Google toolbar which comes with a PR feature built in.
16) Start an email newsletter: while it may not seem like a newsletter that you email can drive traffic to your site you’d be surprised at the effectiveness of this type of promotion. If your newsletter (like your articles) is interesting and relevant to your audience, you’ll find that it has a huge pass-through factor, meaning that it is passed from one email subscriber to another. Also, if you have an email newsletter you should never, ever go to a single event without your handy signup sheet. Yes, you can even use offline events to drive traffic to your web site.
17) And speaking of offline efforts: if you’re ever quoted in a magazine or other publication, make sure and mention your URL as it’s appropriate to the topic. Don’t be too pushy about this, but do not forget to tell folks you have a web site that may be a great resource for the topic of your interview.
18) If you have products to sell, why not get a store on eBay? This site gets a tremendous amount of traffic and on your sales page you’re allowed to list your URL. It’s another great way to get an inbound link and a way for people to find you.
19) Load a video on YouTube and 57 other video sites (the rest listed on my Red Hot Internet Publicity blog).
20) While this isn’t a tip per se, it’s still important. If you’re going to go through all the trouble of getting traffic to your site, make sure your site is converting this traffic into something. Get folks to sign up for something, your newsletter, the RSS feed on your blog. Whatever it is, getting their email address will help you remarket to them when the time is right. Studies show that visitors landing on a site often don’t buy the first time. That’s ok! You want to get them into your marketing funnel so you can market to them again and again – not in a way that’s obtrusive, offensive or downright annoying, but in a way that is helping them with their own mission.
1) Write articles: believe it or not this is an incredible tool for driving traffic. Well-written, relevant articles can net quite a bit of activity to your web site. Five proven ways on how best to improve your Adsense earnings.
Here are some 5 proven ways on how best to improve your Adsense earnings.
1. Concentrating on one format of Adsense ad, it should be highly suggested by Google 300×250. The one format that worked well for the majority is the medium or Large Rectangle (300×250 or 336X280). This same format have the tendency to result in higher CTR, or the click-through rates. Why choose this format out of the many you can use? Basically because the ads will look like normal web links, and people, being used to clicking on them, click these types of links. They may or may not know they are clicking on your Adsense but as long as there are clicks, then it will all be for your advantage. But, sometimes 300×250 makes higher money rather than 336×280 as most advertisers are now bidding on this format.
2. Create a custom palette for your ads. Choose a color that will go well with the background of your site. If your site has a white background, try to use white as the color of your ad border and background. The idea to patterning the colors is to make the Adsense look like it is part of the web pages. Again, This will result to more clicks from people visiting your site.
3. Move the Adsense from the bottom pages of your site and put them at the top. Do not hide your Adsense. Put them in the place where visible to people. You will be amazed how the difference between Adsense locations can make when you see your earnings. Further, you can rotate color palette by selecting multi-color function while setting up your adsense ads. This tip can make your ads refresh every time people visiting your blogs and select both image and text as default too.
4. Maintain links to relevant websites. If you think some sites are better off than the others, put your ads there and try to maintaining and managing them. If there is already lots of Adsense put into that certain site, put yours on top of all of them. That way visitor will see your ads first upon browsing into that site. But, do not make people confused between adsense and other advertising networks. This irrelevant will lead your account to termination soon.
5. Try to automate the insertion of your Adsense code into the webpages using SSI. Ask your web administrator if your server supports SSI or not. How do you do it? Just save your Adsense code in a text file, save it as “adsense text”, and upload it to the root directory of the web server. Then using SSI, call the code on other pages. This tip is a time saver especially for those who are using automatic page generators to generate pages on their website.
These are some of the best tips that have worked well for some who want to generate hundreds and even thousands on their websites. It is important to know though that ads are displayed because it fits the interest of the people viewing them. So focusing on a specific topic should be your primary purpose because the displays will be especially targeted on a topic that persons will be viewing already.
You can have your own experiences making huge money from Adsense and other advertising networks but I would like to tell you that Stay focused on only one advertising network! If you feel that network can not make you a decent life, then you can test others.

How to Double Your AdSense Income Instantly
In this article I want to give you a few simple ways to dramatically increase your AdSense income.
The bottom line:
To increase AdSense income all you must do is increase the number of click thrus you receive.
There are two ways for you to increase your total number of click thrus. You can either increase your website traffic or you can increase your AdSense click thru rate. Now, getting more traffic would be great, but let’s be honest increasing your web site traffic is much easier said than done. So, let’s focus on increasing your AdSense click thru rate instead.
4 Tips to Increase Click Thru:
Match your AdSense to your website:
You want your AdSense ads to appear as seamless as possible. Your goal is to match every aspect of your AdSense ads to the theme of your website. What you want to do is remove the borders from your AdSense ads and match the background color of the ad to your website. Additionally, you want to match the color of the AdSense links to the rest of the links on your website plus choose an ad format that makes the ads look seamless.
For example, if your web site has a white background and the default color of your hypertext links is blue you will want to remove the border from your AdSense, make the background white, choose either a square or a rectangle as your ad format instead of a skyscraper or banner, and yep you guessed it… make the links blue.
Placement Matters:
Where you place your AdSense ads is just as important as how they look. Luckily, there are only a few concepts that you need to worry about in order to increase your click through rate.
•The more white space around your ads the better•The closer to the top of the page the better•The closer the left of the page the better
Follow these concepts and I can assure you that you will see an increase in your AdSense click thru rate. (It really is that simply!)
Google Search:
Now this is one that I rarely see webmasters take advantage of. The Google AdSense program gives webmasters the ability to add a Google search box to there web site.
Why should you use this function?
Well, when a website visitor chooses to use this search box from your website your AdSense ID will be imbedded in ALL of that visitors Google searches. If that person does 1 search or 50 your AdSense ID will still be imbedded throughout process.
Why is this so great?
If that visitor clicks on any of the sponsored listings while surfing from your web site guess who makes money. YOU! If they hit the back button and click on another ad guess who makes money? YOU! This is absolutely huge. Through this function you now have the ability to earn multiple click thrus from the same visitor on the site visit. Please don’t overlook how powerful this is. Besides, most of your website traffic will just be browsing anyway, so I why help them find what there looking for and make a little coin along the way?
Tracking:
Just like any other type of marketing, you won’t know what’s working the best for you on your web site unless you track the different things that you’re experimenting with. Set up a few Google AdSense channels for the different ads that you’ll be placing on your website. Then just see which channels are working the best and stick to those.
That’s it!
Follow the tips above and I can assure you that you will absolutely double your AdSense click thru rate and your AdSense income. The best part about the four tips I’ve shared here is that you can put them into action immediately and see how they will work on your website right now. Who knows… you could be making twice as much by tomorrow by just making a few simple tweaks here and there.
Good Luck!

While your blog loaded with Google adsense ads makes a miserly few dollars over the week, some top Adsense publishers are laughing their way the bank with thousands of adsense dollars per month… Have you often wondered who these top Adsense millionaires to be are?
John Chow has an article listing the top 8 Google Adsense earners. Top of his list is Markus Frind of PlentyOfFish.com, a free online dating site which earns him $300,000 per month. Plentyoffish.com receives up to 500 million page views per month and make over $10,000 per day for Markus, who runs the site from home. Look at his adsense cheque. And you thought dating and romance site were low paying niches due to low priced keywords. The ads there do not even resemble that of a premium adsense publisher.
Second on the list is Kevin Rose of the very popular Digg.com earning huge money with $250,000 per month. Jeremy Shoemaker is a search engine marketer at ShoeMoney who follows with $140,000 per month.
Jason Calacanis of Weblogs, Inc. is earning $120,000 per month. He finally got his network of blogs making over $4,000 a day from Google AdSense. I remember he was making $2000 per day a year back and were on track to earn a million adsense dollars in a year!

List of The Great Google AdSense Tips
Tip #1: Don't put ads on empty pages.
When I reworked my site, I built a skeleton set of pages that had no content, just titles and some meta tags. I displayed ads on those pages, however. Although all you see are public service ads at first, the very act of displaying ads on a page causes the AdSense web crawler to quickly fetch that page for analysis. A page with good content will thus begin showing relevant paying ads fairly quickly.
If you don't have any content, then, Google will have to guess as what your page is about. It may guess wrong, and so the ads that it displays may not be relevant. You'll have to wait until Google re-crawls the site for the ads to correct themselves. Here is what Google had to say when I asked them about how often the AdSense crawler updates a site.
Tip #2: Don't be afraid to ask questions
If you're wondering about something, don't be afraid to ask Google. So far, they've always responded to my questions within a working day. There are two email addresses to use, depending on the type of question.
Tip #3: Avoid non-English characters on English pages
This one is a bug, to be honest. My surname is French, and I prefer to write it out correctly with the accent grave on the first "e". Every page on my site would then include at least two accented letters, because my name shows up twice in the footer. On some pages my name shows up two or three more times.
Normally, this wouldn't be an issue. But on some pages the presence of the accented characters is enough to cause AdSense to display non-relevant ads in French. This happens whether the browser indicates a preference for French or not. When I reported this to Google, this is the answer they gave me:
Tip #4: Check your keyword density
Although Google doesn't release exact details as to how they determine the ads to serve on a given page, they do tell us that it's the text content of the page that matters, not the meta tags. Before serving ads on a page, then, you might want to check its keyword density. A good, free tool for doing this is found here:

This lets you fine-tune the page before exposing it to the AdSense crawler.
AdSense will serve ads that are generally very relevant to the content of a particular page. Here are some tips based on my experiences so far with the AdSense program.
ANOTHER TOP ADSENSE TIPS
1. Niche Sites
Targeted niche sites that have a clear theme, tend to generate more advertising revenue simply because it is easier to achieve decent search engine placement. Be warned though, you want to chose a niche where there is a sufficient number of advertisements available.
2. Target Keywords
When determining the site's focus, consider how much the advertisers pay for the advertisements. If the site is focused on ringtones, like Ringtone Central , the payout per click is going to be very small. Because ringtones are not high ticket items, advertisers will not spend a lot on pay-per-click advertisements.
With less obvious markets, use Overture to determine how much advertisers pay per keyword. The cost will usually be similar on Google. Search Overture for a keyword then click "View Advertisers' Max Bids" in the top right corner. This will show the Overture inventory and how much is paid per keyword. Because the market has become very competitive, it will be difficult to rank well in search engines with a new Web site that is optimized for the terms that have the highest payout. Consider targeting terms that are moderately priced.
3. Aged Sites / Time
Over time, as a Web site is spidered by Google, advertisements will generally increase in relevance. In general, older Web sites will rank better in search engines. The closer the advertisements relate to the Web page's content, the higher the "click-through" the publishers will see.
4. Coding
In order to minimize a Web site's maintenance, place the Google generated AdSense code in the Web site template or an "include" file. This will allow you to easily experiment with different advertisement sizes and ad placement, and keep the Web maintenance to a minimum.
5. Tracking Channels
In order to know how effective a specific Web site or ad placement is, use distinct channels and subchannels within Google. This will allow you to discern what performs best on a specific Web site. Using channels will tell you what sites are making money, what advertisements are making money and what ad position is the most profitable on a specific Web site. Keep in mind that you should run an advertisement for a full week, in order to properly test its effectiveness, different days of the week will vary the Web traffic so comparing one week to another will give the most accurate reflection of how effective a campaign performs.
When testing different advertisement sizes, placement or color schemes, be sure to leave campaigns in place for one week. Different days will often result in Web traffic fluctuations. Comparing Web traffic week to week will give a clear indication of what ad formats perform the best.

6 Simple Tips for Full Page Adsense Ads optimization
Google Adsense policies seem to be fair while allowing Adsense publishers to put Adsense ads on the same page with other advertising networks.
Here are a few simple suggestions for enhancing revenue yield from your Full Page Ad (FPA) zones:
1. Set the zones to auto-approve. The number one reason why a FPA ad unit doesn’t get ad fill is because it’s on manual-approve and the publisher doesn’t approve enough ads.
2. Make sure that the code is hard-coded into the HTML of the webpage rather than an ad rotation system like DART. The FPA won’t fire if it’s in an ad rotation system.
3. Make sure that the code is not inside of an iframe. FPA won’t fire if it’s in an iframe.
4. Make sure that the code is on top of the page to ensure that it fires.
5. Set the click count to fire on the 2nd click if possible. That way it’ll still show for an engaged reader, but there’s a greater chance of firing than if it’s on 3rd click or later.
6. Set the frequency cap to 1 in every 12 hours if possible, and perhaps even lower.
